Then, identifying the factors of heathen entrepreneurship strategies, it offers some lays for assessing cultural entrepreneurship strategies and benchmarking it. Afterwards, it tries to reform and standardize the presented model through questioning experts and elect(ip) of the profession. It is concluded that there is a significant difference amongst the mean ranks of the implementation factors of the entrepreneurship strategy which is detailed through the work.
